Rubber tensile machineAdopting mechatronics design, it mainly consists of force sensors, transmitters, microprocessors, load drive mechanisms, computers, and color inkjet printers. High precision electronic speed regulating motors can be set with five file test speeds. All integrated components are connected through plug-in connections. The floor standing model and its design and coating fully consider the relevant principles of modern industrial design and ergonomics.

A. Test standard modular functionality:Integrate user settings for testing standards, stretching methods, stretching circles (including pipes), tearing, peeling, cords, canvas, etc.

C. Report format: Multiple data printing and curve comparison, providing median and average values for testers to choose from
D. Auto Scale automatically optimizes the curve scale of graphics, allowing them to be displayed at the optimal scale.

C. Power system: Taiwan AC variable frequency motor+Taiwan frequency converter+Taiwan reducer+T-shaped screw+smooth rod linear bearing+synchronous belt drive.
D. Control system: External control method is adopted to make the control more precise, with a speed control range of 15-500 mm/min. Zhonglian board adjustment has fast coarse adjustment and slow fine adjustment functions. Automatically return and store after testing.
